1. Eligibility
To participate in the Partner Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and have a network of businesses in relevant industries.

2. Application Process
Interested parties must complete the application form. Approval is at our discretion.

3. Partnership Benefits
Approved partners will receive access to marketing sales assets and consultancy to support engaging their clients, commission as per section 5.

4. Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
– Promote our products/services in a professional manner.
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
– Not engage in misleading advertising or practices.
– Keep confidential any information we share on details of our operations.

5. Commission Structure
Partners will earn commission based on either:
10% of full cost of one-off project OR
10% of the first two months of retainer for ongoing retained clients.

6. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid when the client has paid their invoice. A minimum balance of £2,000 per project is required for commission payment.

7. Termination
Either party can terminate the partnership at any time 30 days written notice.

8. Confidentiality
Partners must keep all sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programme.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes.

11. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
